Warranty, Returns & Delivery Policy
This page explains the warranty we give on the parts we sell, when a product can be returned, how refunds work and how delivery is handled. Please read it before you order. If anything here is unclear, contact us and we will explain it.

1. Warranty Period
Warranty periods vary by product.

The applicable warranty period begins on the date shown on the original invoice or receipt.
A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
2. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers verified manufacturing defects and product failures that happen during normal and correct use, within the applicable warranty period.
It does not automatically cover damage caused by installation, misuse, accidents, environmental conditions or incompatible components.
3. What Voids the Warranty
The warranty is invalid if the product has:
- Water, moisture or corrosion damage
- Been connected to the wrong voltage
- Been installed or wired incorrectly
- Been used with incompatible components
- Been opened, modified, tampered with or repaired without authorisation
- Burnt wiring, a short circuit, or damage caused by reversed polarity
- Physical, accidental or impact damage
- Damage caused by overloading or overheating
- A removed, damaged or altered serial number or warranty label
- Been used for a purpose outside its recommended specifications
4. Valid Warranty Claims
All claims are subject to inspection and testing.
If a claim is approved, we may:
- Repair the product;
- Replace it with the same or an equivalent product; or
- Provide a refund, if repair or replacement is not reasonably available.
A replacement product does not automatically begin a new warranty period.
The original remaining warranty period continues, unless we state otherwise in writing.
5. Change-of-Mind Returns
A change-of-mind return may be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- Undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all included accessories, manuals and parts
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Installed or used electrical components are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Special-order, custom-made, clearance and discounted products are also non-returnable, unless they are defective.
Please contact us and receive return instructions before sending an item back.
Returning an item does not guarantee that the return will be approved.
6. Return Delivery Charges
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return courier charge.
If our inspection confirms that we supplied the wrong product, or that the product has a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, we pay or reimburse a reasonable return-delivery charge.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned without proper packaging or tracking.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued by bank transfer, or through the original payment method.
Original delivery fees are normally non-refundable.
They may be refunded if we supplied the wrong item, or if the item had a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Any transaction charges or deductions that apply will be clearly explained to you before the refund is processed.
8. Delivery Time
Delivery normally takes 2–5 working days across Sri Lanka.
Estimates may vary depending on your location, the courier service, public holidays, weather and other circumstances outside our control.
9. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary according to:
- Your location
- Parcel size and weight
- Product type
- Courier service
The delivery charge is shown or told to you before your order is confirmed.
10. Delivery Areas
We deliver to courier-serviceable locations across Sri Lanka.
Remote, restricted or difficult-to-access locations may need additional delivery time or additional charges.
If delivery is not available to a particular location, we will tell you before payment is accepted or the order is finalised.
11. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your parcel as soon as you can.
Contact us within 48 hours if an item arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
Please have this ready when you contact us:
- Your order number or receipt
- Clear photographs or videos of the item
- Photographs of the parcel and the packaging
- A clear description of the problem
12. Important Notice
Before you order or install a part, please confirm that its voltage, current rating, connector type, dimensions and compatibility are correct for your build.
If you are not sure, contact us before you buy.
We are happy to check compatibility with you.
